Waking into the Armory for work, it feels like a third-party experience. Every bit of my soul does not want to be there.
Even through I am fully qualified military member, assigned to be there.
Just being in the building alone, I feel like I am a lair. And it’s a feeling I take home all weekend.
Multiple times over the past year, I have asked to be let out of my contract. They have refused to accept each time.
Having a disgruntled employee, a fully disgruntled Solider is much better for them.
They(they people in charge of the section) want me at work this week, doing absolutely nothing useful.
Wanting me to do anything that will not strain my back, physical and mental condition, but far away from what I actually do.
Welcome to the U.S Military. Where it’s outward perception is all it has.
Internally, the reality is that’s it’s a complete shit show.
If you have any options in life, then this is not where you should be.
